HAIN Properties is a real estate investing company founded in May 2008 in Northfield, Ma.  Our goal is to acquire multi unit residential properties in Western Massachusetts to generate passive income and create long term equity.  We also focus on purchasing single family dwellings in need of repair to create affordable homes for our local families.

The mission of our company is to provide quality, affordable, long term housing to our friends and neighbors as well as to improve our communities housing situation one house at a time.
